Hack Publishing Payment Policy

Payment Terms
Your Hack Publishing membership will remain in effect until terminated. You must have a device and internet access to use the Site and our services, in addition to providing us with one or more payment method, including through your account with a third party. You authorise us to charge your payment method the membership subscription fee for the next billing cycle until you cancel your membership or change your membership type before the next billing cycle.
Example 1: You are billed for monthly membership access on the 1st January and will be billed on the 1st February, and every subsequent 1st of the month thereafter.
Example 2: You are billed for 6 months membership on the 1st January, so you will be billed again on the 1st July for another 6 months access.
Payment will be processed within 3 working days. Regular payments will be taken from the same date every month, which is the date you make your first payment in that series. Recurring payments will renew for the period the membership is available, or until you contact us to make changes to your payment.
We may change the membership subscription fee and make changes to our services from time to time, although we will give you a 30-day notice period before these happen.
We may offer discounts for services and/or change the price at any time. We reserve the right to discount, change or refuse your payment.
We reserve the right the change or restrict types of payment method.
Refunds Policy
Cancellations received within 10 days of subscription or subscription renewal may be eligible to receive 100% refund. Cancellations received within two working days before the event date will not be eligible for a refund, and/or if all, some and/or parts of services have been used. Any subscriptions paid for in advance will only be eligible to receive a portion of the total amount paid and it will be limited to any discounted value. We reserve the right to determine how much you have used services and the refund value.

Terminating Your Subscription with Us
To terminate your membership, please contact us at members@hack-publishing.co.uk If you have already accessed some services, you may only be entitled to a partial refund, and you may not be entitled to a refund in some instances. Deleting your account will not terminate your subscription and you will still be charged.
You can delete your account at any time, although you will remain on file for 7 years before being deleted. Should you wish to have this information removed sooner, please get in touch at members@hack-publishing.co.uk We cannot guarantee you will regain access to your old account if you delete it and re-join us at a later date. Any loss of work is your responsibility, so please ensure you keep your own records and files to eliminate this risk.
